Dimensions — verified from the statute
Source: trafikförordningen (1998:1276), chapter 4. The provisions apply to "a motor-driven vehicle other than a bus, with or without a vehicle coupled to it", so to a car with a caravan as well.

Three of the five rows deviate from what is usually claimed. Sweden allows 2.60 m in width, not 2.55, and a 24.0 m vehicle combination, not 18.75. And the third deviation is a correction of what stood here before.
Correction: the 12.0 metres for an individual trailer do not exist. The row stood here with 4 kap. 17 § as its article, and it was wrong. The figure 12.0 occurs in the trafikförordning, but never as a limit — only as a condition for an exception. Six occurrences of "12,0 meter" exist in the whole instrument, three in 17 § and three identical in 17 f §, and all six sit inside the exceptions permitting 25.25 and 34.5 metres:

Whoever stays under 24.0 m therefore never has to meet them. The expression longer than … metres occurs exactly once in the whole trafikförordning, and it is in 17 § first sentence:
17 § Ett annat motordrivet fordon än en buss med eller utan ett därtill kopplat fordon får inte föras på andra vägar än enskilda om fordonet eller fordonståget, lasten inräknad, är längre än 24,0 meter.
The same sentence gives the motorhome row. "With or without a vehicle coupled to it" — a motor-driven vehicle on its own is measured against the same figure as the outfit. Sweden is therefore the only country in the material that does not set twelve metres on a motorhome, and that is not a generosity but a consequence of the instrument never splitting the dimension.
The height row rests on absence, which requires more than a glance: the whole instrument was searched, and the word "höjd" occurs on a single line — in the expression "höjd beredskap", heightened preparedness, which is about something else entirely. There is therefore no height provision. Bridges and tunnels are signposted individually instead.
