The point names the caravan with that word and lacks the motorway exception the neighbouring points have. A motorhome is category M and is not caught by the list at all: 130/100/80.

Dimensions — the category letters decide, and they exclude nobody
Serbia builds its dimension rules in two steps, exactly as Romania does, but with the exact opposite technique in the second step. The traffic act prohibits without enumerating: ЗБС чл. 112 ст. 1 т. 3) says a vehicle may not be loaded
тако да возило са теретом премашује највеће дозвољене димензије за поједине врсте возила (дужина, ширина и висина)
— that is, exceed the maximum permitted dimensions for the individual vehicle types, without giving a single figure. The figures lie in чл. 246 ст. 6, which charges the transport minister with issuing detailed rules on what conditions vehicles in traffic must meet у погледу димензија. The regulation is the Правилник о подели моторних и прикључних возила и техничким условима за возила у саобраћају на путевима, and unlike the traffic act it writes everything out.
The regulation's scope is the interesting part. Чл. 1 ст. 2 excepts exactly three things: vehicles for sporting competitions during a competition, vehicles with a special permit for test driving on the road, and the armed forces' combat vehicles. No vehicle category, no weight limit, no requirement of goods transport. Each of the dimension articles чл. 17, 18 and 19 moreover adds a sentence of its own — "Одредбе овог члана не односе се на војна возила" — which confirms the same thing from the other side: when the regulation wants to except something it does so expressly, and what it excepts is military vehicles, not cars.
And Serbia moreover names both the motorhome and the caravan in its own code list. Чл. 11 defines the bodywork codes:

The motorhome is a vehicle of category M, the caravan a vehicle of category O. Чл. 17 sets the length за возила врсте О и R and чл. 18 sets the width for all but enumerated exceptions. The category letters therefore carry all the way: the question of reach, which in almost every other country in the table requires reading a definitions list against a figures annex, is settled here by the caravan having a code and the code pointing at a category the article names.

The exceptions to the width all go upwards and do not reach an outfit. 3.00 m for working machines and implement carriers, 2.6 m for N and O with a temperature-controlled body with walls over 45 mm, 3.00 m for N with interchangeable road-maintenance implements, 3.00 m for R with wide or twin-mounted tyres to spare farmland, and 3.50 m for combine harvesters and tall self-propelled sprayers. A caravan is O but has no temperature-controlled body with 45 mm walls, so 2.55 stands.
The width is measured with an enumerated list, and with a tolerance. Чл. 18 ст. 2 leaves out tyre bulge on the road surface, snow chains, width marker lamps, direction indicators, exterior mirrors, road illumination lamps, elastic mudguards and other additional equipment elastically connected to the vehicle's fixed structure — and, new by 54/2026, aids for observation and detection including radar for M2, M3, N2, N3 and O, if the total excess stays under 100 mm. Ст. 3 adds what no other instrument in the material writes in quite that way: folded articulated or elastically mounted parts must fit within the maximum width, while other parts must fit within the maximum width increased by a permitted deviation of at most 1 %. One per cent of 2.55 is 2.5 cm.
The length is measured with the coupling eye included, expressly: "Дужина приколице мери се од вучног ока руде до најистуреније тачке на задњем крају возила" — from the coupling eye on the drawbar to the caravan's rearmost point. Serbia therefore lands in the same camp as France, Italy, Ireland and Croatia, and on the opposite side from Finland and the United Kingdom. Belonging with the outfit's 18.75 is also a rule that is not about overall dimensions at all: the distance between the towing vehicle's rear axle and the trailer's front axle may not be less than 3.00 m (чл. 17 ст. 4). Rear overhang at most 60 % of the axle spacing.
The turning test stands in чл. 20 and is the EU's, expressed in other figures. In a 360° turn the vehicle's outermost point must travel along a circle of diameter at most 25 m, and the vehicle's outer contour must stay within a band of maximum width 7.2 m. That is the same requirement as the directive's outer radius 12.50 m and inner 5.30 m, written as a diameter and a band width instead of as two radii.
The sanction is harsher than the everyday look of the figures suggests. Exceeding the dimensions under чл. 112 ст. 1 т. 3) costs under чл. 331 20,000 to 40,000 dinars or up to 30 days' imprisonment — the point reaches there through a compound reference enumerating "члана 112. став 1. тачка 2) када je премашено осовинско оптерећење […] за више од 5% и тачка 3)". With the fine go four penalty points (чл. 335) and a driving ban of at least three months (чл. 338). Moreover, under чл. 289 т. 7) the police may exclude the vehicle from traffic on the spot where it does not meet the conditions as to dimensions, or with its load exceeds the maximum permitted dimensions, or lacks the special permit. That permit exists: чл. 112 ст. 2 expressly allows travel уз посебну дозволу надлежног органа, but without it the penalty is not a parking ticket.
Method note. Both instruments were retrieved through the API described in the seventh round above. The dimensions regulation's heading field dates the version to Службени гласник РС бр. 54 of 19 June 2026 — the freshest source in the whole document, seven weeks old when this was written, and the amendment 54/2026 touched precisely чл. 17 and чл. 18. That is also why the radar exception in the width is included: it was added in that amendment. Searches in the traffic act for страно возило and equivalents give zero hits in a dimensions context — there is no exception for foreign vehicles to take account of.
