Lägg dina stopp i ordning — jag delar körningen i dygnsetapper och föreslår övernattningar längs vägen.
Måtten sparas och visas när du navigerar. Campeur ruttar inte efter dem, men varnar när ekipaget överskrider måttgränserna i landet du kör in i. Vikten visas bara: inget land i materialet sätter en viktgräns som binder ett privat ekipage.
Så funkar planeraren
Ange hur många nätter du stannar på varje stopp. Jag delar körningen mellan stoppen i dygnsetapper på din max körtid och föreslår en övernattning på vägen (helst camping, säkert för husvagn), och räknar ihop resan mot din semesterlängd. Rutten ritas på Karta-fliken.

Towing a caravan in Finland
Finland keeps the numbers in the statute itself. The Road Traffic Act sends you to an annex with a table for vehicle combinations, and that table says 80 km/h for a car with a trailer. The one line that says 100 turns on the weight class of the trailer, not on any approval you can apply for.
80 km/h, on every kind of road
- Where nothing is posted the general limits are 50 km/h in built-up areas and 80 km/h outside them (§ 9).
- Annex 5.2, line a: a car with a trailer coupled to it, 80 km/h. This is a hard ceiling and it does not move with the road type — a motorway posted 100 or 120 still leaves the combination at 80. A lower posted limit does bind: on a 60 road you drive 60.
- Line c drops you to 60 km/h if the combination has an unsprung trailer, or if the trailer is unbraked and its classification mass exceeds 750 kg.
- § 99(2), separately from all of that: a combination may not be driven faster than the construction or manufacturer speed set for either vehicle. Whatever figure the caravan’s papers carry binds on its own.

The only 100 is a weight class, not an approval
- Annex 5.2, line b: a car or van with a trailer whose classification mass is at most 750 kg — an O1 trailer — may do 100 km/h, empty or loaded. A motorcycle with a trailer is on the same line.
- A caravan is almost always heavier than 750 kg, so the figure for a caravan is 80. The vehicle class, O1 or O2, is on the registration certificate.
- Finland runs no Tempo 100 scheme. § 99 makes annex 5.2 the table for combinations, and that table has no approval-based line at all. A German or Danish Tempo 100 plate buys you nothing here.
For contrast, see Norway in detail and Denmark in detail — both of them do allow 100, but only with an inspection, an approval and a mark on the back of the caravan. The Netherlands in detail has no scheme either, yet gives every caravan 90 on the motorway without asking for anything.
A motorhome over 3.5 tonnes follows the bus lines
- Annex 5.1, line o: a motorhome whose maximum technically permissible mass exceeds 3.5 tonnes takes the speeds laid down for buses — 80 km/h (line m), or 100 km/h (line n) if it carries the special protective devices and safety equipment and has no standing passengers. Traficom issues the technical rules for that equipment.
- A motorhome at or under 3.5 tonnes simply follows the posted limits, like a car.
Campeur plans Finland at 80
The planner uses 80 km/h across Finland. That is annex 5.2 line a, and it is also the general limit outside built-up areas, so the figure is never above the law. With a light O1 trailer the estimate comes out slightly pessimistic, which is the right direction to be wrong in.
